 Cruciferous vegetables are veggies like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, Kale, cauliflower, etc. they are a class of sulphur-bearing veggies also known as brassicas & contain nutrients that cleanse your liver, fight cancer & of course, provide great fiber for the GI tract.
