Don't give up. I've heard several patients recently share their frustration with their failing at being perfect with their diet or exercise and so they just gave up all together. You can reach your goals, just keep going! A little mess up doesn't ruin the whole effort. So if you lose 20 lbs. instead of 25 lbs. by the time you hit your target date...SO WHAT? You made it this far and you can just take a little more time! PERSEVERE!
