Remember, when working out & eating healthily, you may lose very little weight, but drop 2,3, or more sizes in clothing. Muscle takes up less space under your skin than fat. But 5 lbs. of muscle still weighs as much as 5 lbs. of fat. 5 lbs. is 5 lbs. If it doesn't, then I'm really confused and you should stop listening to me.
