Bottom line with Omega 3's: get them from your diet. (see previous posts) I do recommend fermented (important) cod liver oil (fclo) due to it's highly available vit. D (which is hard to get these days) and vit. A content. Fish and Krill and all typical commercially available marine oils sold in stores use heat rendering to separate out the fats and damage much or most of the fat soluble vitamins. The body can't use these damaged oils and vitamins as easily. There is also the issue of unclean sources of fish/krill, etc. and processing with chemical solvents, etc. The kind we sell and recommend is from Specifically, we like the pasture butter/fclo combination for added vitamin K.
